Issue

 

When clicking on “Manage Refresh”, you can see the scheduled refreshes are succeeding. However, when you click on "Schedule Refresh…", a Correlation ID (different each time) is thrown.

 
If "Enable" has not been checked, you are able to enter the "Schedule Refresh…" screen.

Cause

The Scheduled Data Refresh Job does not correctly parse the "Non (English - United States) dates".    

Workaround

Open the site on which you want to change the default Regional Settings. On the Site Actions menu , click Site Settings. On the Site Settings page, under Site Administration, click Regional settings. On the Regional Settings page, select (English - United States) and then click OK.
