It may seem like something mundane, but the answer is not so clear in installation wizards, since ASP.NET can not be installed per standalone package as in Windows 2008 R2.

The solution is very simple, in Windows 2012 ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.0 are included in .NET 3.5 as shown in the figure below Server Manager, simply install the Framework 3.5:

To enable ASP.NET 2.0 is necessary after you install the Framework reopen the wizard and enable ASP.NET 3.5 on IIS:
