With the Forums redesign the concept of the home page, category page, and forum page were condensed into one view. There are no longer "places" for these views. Although these views are different, users can obtain the same forum view as before.

You can then browse or search for the desired forum or topic:
After selecting the forum and pressing "Submit" you will have a view of the forum which includes sticky posts and announcements:
